1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Lucro ("Lucro", "we", "us") for using the Lucro app and this website. By using Lucro you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Lucro. If you downloaded Lucro from the App Store, Apple's standard terms for apps also apply.
2. What Lucro does
Lucro suggests which of the credit cards you tell it about is likely to earn the most rewards for a purchase, based on publicly available card terms and the store's typical merchant category. It doesn't make purchases, move money, connect to your bank or access your accounts.
3. Not financial advice
Lucro provides general information for convenience only. It is not financial, credit, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't recommend opening, closing or using any financial product. Decisions about your cards and spending are yours.
4. Accuracy of card terms
We work to keep card information current, but issuers change rewards, categories and caps, sometimes without notice, and stores may be categorized differently than expected by the merchant or your bank. Lucro's answers may not always be accurate or complete. Always confirm terms with your card issuer. We're not responsible for rewards you do or don't earn.
5. Trademarks and independence
Lucro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, card network or card issuer. Card names, bank names and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cards. Card images in Lucro are illustrations, not official artwork.
6. Using Lucro
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lucro for your own non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse Lucro: don't reverse engineer it except where the law allows, interfere with its operation, copy the card catalog for a competing product, or use Lucro in a way that breaks the law.
7. Your data
Your wallet is stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your phone secure and for saving backups if you want to keep your data. If you delete the app without a backup, we can't recover your data.
8. Disclaimers
Lucro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost rewards, profits or data, arising from your use of Lucro. Our total liability for any claim relating to Lucro is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Lucro in the past 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Changes to Lucro and these terms
We may update Lucro and these terms. If we make a material change to the terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and where appropriate let you know in the app. Continuing to use Lucro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
